YAYIK DELIVERY SERVICES TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Yayik delivery services. By using

Yayik’s services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our

services.

2. Services Provided Yayik offers a range of delivery services, including but not limited to parcel,

courier, and package delivery across various regions. Specific services or features may be subject to

additional terms and conditions based on the nature of the delivery request.

3. Eligibility To use Yayik’s services, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal permission

from a guardian. By registering or booking services, you confirm that all provided information is

accurate.

4. Delivery Services Yayik guarantees a reliable and efficient delivery system. However, delivery

times are estimates and not guarantees. External factors such as weather, traffic, and regulatory

delays may affect delivery schedules. Yayik is not responsible for delays caused by such factors.

5. Restrictions on Delivery Items Certain items may be prohibited from shipment, including

hazardous materials, illegal substances, and items restricted by law. Customers are responsible for

ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations regarding the items they send.

6. Payment and Fees All delivery services are subject to fees based on distance, weight, size, and

additional services requested (e.g., expedited shipping, fragile handling). Payment is required at the

time of service booking, and failure to pay will result in service cancellation.

7. Cancellations and Refunds Customers may cancel their delivery orders up to 15 minutes prior

to the scheduled pickup time. If the cancellation is made within this window, a full refund will be

provided, excluding any non-refundable fees for specific services. Cancellations made less than 15

minutes before the pickup will not be eligible for a refund, and Yayik reserves the right to charge a

late cancellation fee.

8. Liability and Insurance Yayik takes all necessary precautions to ensure the safe handling and

delivery of your items. However, Yayik’s liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value

of the item or a predetermined maximum, unless additional insurance coverage is purchased.

9. Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery

information, properly packaging items, and ensuring that items are suitable for transport. Failure to

do so may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

10. Privacy and Data Protection Yayik is committed to protecting your personal information. We

collect and use data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how customer data is

handled and safeguarded.

11. Limitation of Liability Yayik will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential

damages resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the

goods shipped or as otherwise stipulated by applicable law.

12. Amendments Yayik reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes

will be communicated through our website, app, or other suitable means. Continued use of our

services after such changes will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in

which Yayik operates, and any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
